钢的镉脆可造成灾难性断裂事故,已引起国内外工程界的注意和研究。但钢的镉脆断裂性质和断裂机制则有待深入探讨。本工作采用声发射技术对30CrMnSiA钢在高温和应力作用下的断裂过程进行了监测,肯定镉脆断裂是一种延迟断裂性质,裂纹是间歇扩展的,并获得裂纹起始和扩展与声发射的对应关系。根据这些试验结果讨论了镉脆断裂机制。
Cadmium brittle steel can cause catastrophic failure, which has aroused the attention and research of engineering circles at home and abroad. However, the brittle fracture properties of cadmium and fracture mechanism of the steel need to be further explored. In this work, the acoustic emission technique was used to monitor the fracture process of 30CrMnSiA steel under high temperature and stress. It is confirmed that the cadmium brittle fracture is a delayed fracture property, the crack is intermittently expanded, and the crack initiation and propagation and acoustic emission Corresponding relationship. The mechanism of cadmium brittle fracture is discussed based on these experimental results.
