很多人大概都知道毒素积聚会引起疾病、应该排毒,却不知道“毒”到底是什么;很多人都选择洗肠、吃药来排毒,却不知道那实在是一个严重的错误。改善环境并有意识地选择一些排毒食物并坚持运动才是清除毒素的正确方法。
Many people probably know that the accumulation of toxins will cause disease. They should detoxify, but do not know what “poison” really is. Many people choose to wash their teeth and take medicine to detoxify, but they do not know that it is a serious mistake. Improving the environment and consciously choosing some detox food and keeping up is the right way to get rid of toxins.
