继全国农村基层组织建设工作座谈会之后,全省农村基层组织建设工作座谈会于1996年11月18日在兰州召开。会议期间,省委副书记李虎林作了《突出工作重点,狠抓三年规划落实,全面、深入、扎实、持久地推进农村基层组织建设》的重要讲话;省委组织部副部长杜小平传达了全国农村基层组织建设工作座谈会精神;省帮扶工作办公室主任石星光、省委宣传部副部长李文衡分别就学习贯彻六中全会精神、农村基层组织建设与扶贫开发相结合和抓好党员“双学”活动等问题作了发言。会议总结了近两年来全省农村基层组织建设工作的进展情况;分析了农村基层组织建设工作的现状,找出了存在的问题;对1997年的工作进行了部署安排。这次会议是省委进一步贯彻落实党的十四届四中、五中、六中全会精神,确保全面完成中央提出的三年整顿任务的重要会议。
Following the Symposium on the Construction of Rural Grass-roots Units in the Country, the Symposium on the Construction of Rural Grass-roots Units in the Province was held in Lanzhou on November 18, 1996. During the meeting, Li Hulin, deputy secretary of the provincial party committee made an important speech titled “Stressing the Work Stress and Paying Attention to the Three-year Plan, Implementing a Comprehensive, In-depth, Solid and Long-Term Promotion of Rural Grass-Roots Organization Building”; Du Xiaoping, Vice Minister of Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, National Staging of Rural Grassroots Organizations; Shi Xingguang, director of the provincial aid work office and Li Wenheng, vice minister of the Propaganda Department of the provincial party committee, respectively, insisted on studying and implementing the spirit of the 6th Plenary Session, integrating rural grassroots organizations and poverty alleviation and development, Double learning "activities and other issues made a statement. The meeting summed up the progress of the work of building grassroots organizations in rural areas in the past two years; analyzed the status quo of grassroots organizations in rural areas and found out the existing problems; and arranged arrangements for the work in 1997. This meeting is an important meeting of the provincial party committee to further implement the spirit of the 4th, 5th, 6th Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party and ensure the full fulfillment of the tasks proposed by the Central Committee for rectification for three years.
