①高精度早期癌症诊断仪:以色列Tamam医用仪器公司研制成功功能检测早期恶性肿瘤的诊断仪。这种称作Cytoscan的仪器能在对患者细胞作一系列处理的前后,对其体内单个细胞进行反复的光学测量和光谱测量。在测量过程中要向患者采取少量血样并用离心机分离出淋巴细胞。这些细胞再喷在特殊的细胞载集上以便分别处理并进行能引起荧光偏振变化的生物化学模拟。这种模拟执行前后的荧光偏振都采用激光扫描法测量。
① high-precision early cancer diagnostic instrument: Israel Tamam Medical Instrument Co., Ltd. successfully developed functional detection of early malignant tumor diagnostic apparatus. The device, called Cytoscan, iteratively measures optical and spectroscopic measurements of individual cells in its body before and after a series of treatments of the patient’s cells. During the measurement, a small amount of blood sample is taken from the patient and the lymphocytes are separated by a centrifuge. These cells are then sprayed onto special cell-based colonies for separate processing and biochemical simulations that cause changes in fluorescence polarization. Fluorescence polarization before and after this simulation was measured by laser scanning.
