用放射免疫法测定精索静脉曲张不育症患者的血清及精液中的睾酮(T)、双氢睾酮(DHT)、促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)和催乳素(PRL)的水平。结果:患者血清 T、DHT 值较正常人有所下降,而LH、FSH 值较正常人明显升高(P<0.05),PRL 值则明显高于正常人,差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。高PRL 血症可导致睾丸功能异常或抑制睾丸功能,影响精子生成。
Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the levels of testosterone (T), dihydrotestosterone (DHT), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and prolactin (IL) in sera and serum of patients with varicocele infertility PRL) levels. Results: Serum T and DHT values of patients were lower than those of normal controls, while LH and FSH values were significantly higher than those of normal controls (P <0.05). The PRL was significantly higher than that of normal controls (P < 0.01). High PRL hyperlipidemia can lead to testicular dysfunction or inhibit testicular function, affecting sperm production.
