本文进行了高g值加速度传感器灵敏度的标定研究。采用轴向冲击Hopkinson杆,杆上产生的应力波作为标定加速度传感器的冲击脉冲。通过实验验证、理论分析和计算表明,这种标定方法是可行的,并给出了系统的标定误差和分析误差的方法。
In this paper, the calibration of the sensitivity of high-g acceleration sensor is studied. The axial shock Hopkinson rod, the stress wave generated on the rod as the impact of the acceleration sensor calibration pulse. The experimental verification, theoretical analysis and calculation show that this calibration method is feasible, and gives the system calibration error and analysis of the error method.
