由澳大利亚国际发展署和世界银行集团所属国际金融公司联合发起的，一份被称为“具有划时代意义”的调研报告《中国新兴的私营企业：新世纪的前景》日前以中、英文两个版本同时在北京发行。据称，这是“首份有关中国私营企业的国际性调查报告”。在中国外经贸部、财政部和国家经贸委的大力支持下，整个调研活动历时 １６个月，有３３８家私营企业的总裁接受了采访， ６２８家私营企业接受了调查问卷。调研报告共分为导言、本土私营部门的发展和现状，本土私营部门的非正式地位、建构以规则为基础的环境、本土私营企业的融资、未来议程等６个部分。报告认为，中国过去２０年的改革发展最重要的成果就是涌现了大量的民营企业，报告对民营企业的产生、发展以及前景都做了深入的分析。 现本刊将报告编辑发表，供商会及民营企业参考。
A study commissioned by Australia’s International Development Agency and the International Finance Corporation, part of the World Bank Group, called “Epoch-sense Significance”, “China’s Emerging Private Enterprises: Prospects for the New Century” has recently been published in Chinese and English. At the same time in Beijing. The research report is divided into six parts: the introduction, the development and current status of the local private sector, the informal status of the local private sector, the establishment of a rules-based environment, the financing of local private companies, and the future agenda. The report believes that the most important result of China’s reform and development in the past 20 years has been the emergence of a large number of private enterprises. The report has conducted in-depth analysis of the emergence, development, and prospects of private enterprises. The current edition of the report will be edited and published for reference by chambers of commerce and private enterprises.
