一、概况南芬露天矿为水成变质矿床。矿石为含铁石英岩,顶盘为混合岩,底盘为角闪岩。矿石硬度一般为f=8~16。采场台阶高12米。用БС-1型钢绳冲击式穿孔机穿孔。主要用连续柱状装药的垂直深孔爆破法崩落矿岩。用СЭ-3型电铲采掘,采场用25吨自卸式汽车运输,顶盘剥离用准轨铁路运输。自1956年投产以来,爆破质量一直不好,其中主要是爆破后残留根底问题。由于留根底给矿山生产带来了极坏的影响。主要表现在:(1)使电铲采掘效率降低(一般要降低30~40%),增加了电铲构件的磨损和损坏;(2)使汽车不能正常运转,遇有根底就须绕道运行;(3)增加了处理根底的工作量,影响矿山生产组织工作和采掘正规循环;
