印度图书馆联盟战略规划实践及启示

以具有代表性的7个印度图书馆联盟为例,介绍印度图书馆联盟战略规划概况,并且从体例、内容以及实践中存在的问题3个方面分析其联盟战略规划的实践现状;在总结印度图书馆联盟战略规划经验的基础上,提出强化意识,重视制定团队的专业性,保证文本规范性,注重战略规划的公开、实施反馈及评估等建议,为推动我国图书馆联盟战略规划的发展提供参考。

Taking the representative seven Indian library consortia as an example, this paper introduces the outline of strategic planning of Indian library consortium, and analyzes the practice status of strategic alliance planning from the aspects of system, content and practice. In summarizing the Indian books Based on the experience of strategic alliance planning in the league building, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as strengthening awareness, paying attention to the professionalism of the team, guaranteeing the standardization of the text, focusing on the openness, implementation feedback and evaluation of the strategic plan and providing reference for promoting the development of the strategic alliance of the library in our country. .
