离子色谱法测定饮用水中的硝酸盐

目的研究应用861 Advanced Compact IC离子色谱仪测定饮用水中硝酸盐的分析方法。方法将水样经过0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤,选用Metrosep A Supp4阴离子分离柱对硝酸根离子进行分离,由电导检测器测定含量。结果该方法的相关性好(r>0.9995),线性范围为0.50~10.0 mg/L,方法的精密度(RSD,n=6)小于0.87%,回收率范围98.30%~99.70%。与分光光度法对比,结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论方法快速、准确、灵敏度高、线性范围广,有较高的实用价值。 Objective To study the method for the determination of nitrate in drinking water using 861 Advanced Compact IC. Methods The water samples were filtered through a 0.45 μm microporous membrane filter. The nitrate ions were separated by Metrosep A Supp4 anion exchange column. The content of nitrate ions was determined by conductivity detector. Results The correlation between the two methods was good (r> 0.9995). The linear range was 0.50-10.0 mg / L. The precision of the method was less than 0.87% (RSD, n = 6) and the recoveries ranged from 98.30% to 99.70%. Compared with spectrophotometry, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate, sensitive and has a wide linear range and high practical value.
