红白血病在我国血液系统疾病中比较少见,近年来有不少报道,我院遇到一例,经用中西医结合治疗,完全缓解。观察4年,仍无复发,现报告如下。 病历摘要 张某,男,21岁,1982年12月6日以贫血待查收入院。入院前半年有鼻衄,齿龈出血,伴头晕、乏力、纳差,呈进行性加重。检查:重度贫血貌,颈部:腹股沟淋巴结轻度肿大,胸骨压痛,心肺正常,肝肋下1.5cm,质软,脾肋下2cm,双胫骨叩击痛。血象:血色素2.8g、红细胞90万/mm~3、
