行走机构的差速器是э-302挖掘机重要部件之一,它是由十字轴和行星齿轮组成,分析该部件的工作证明,其损坏是由于十字轴叉轴严重磨损和断裂而引起的。行星锥齿输的可靠性,在很大程度上与十字轴工作时的强度和可靠性有关。大家知道,十字轴是由45号钢缎成。毛坯经调质后硬度达 H_B 248—286,而十字轴叉轴除调质外,还进行表面淬火(高频表面淬火、并在水中冷却)。叉轴的表面硬度根据技术要求,应为 H_(RC) 45—58。曾将使用后而磨损和断裂的十字轴叉轴,进行了宏观的和显微组织的金相研究。
The differential of the traveling mechanism is one of the important components of the Y-302 excavator. It is composed of a cross shaft and a planetary gear. Analysis of the work of the component proves that the damage is caused by severe wear and breakage of the yoke shaft. The reliability of planetary cone-tooth transmission is largely related to the strength and reliability of the cross-axis operation. As we all know, the cross shaft is made of 45 satin steel. The hardness of the blank after quenching and tempering reaches H_B 248-286, while the cross shaft fork shaft is quenched (high frequency surface quenching and cooling in water) in addition to quenching and tempering. Fork shaft surface hardness according to technical requirements, should be H_ (RC) 45-58. The yoke shafts, which had been worn and broken after use, were subjected to macroscopic and microstructured metallographic studies.
