同志们: 省政府召开这次全省茧丝生产经营管理工作会议,主要议题是回顾总结近年来全省茧丝流通体制改革经验,贯彻落实省政府制定的《江苏省茧丝生产经营管理规定》,统一思想,明确政策措施,切实做好今年的工作。对召开这次会议,省政府非常重视,决定把各市和茧丝生产重点县的分管市县长请来,共商茧丝流通体制改革和茧丝生产经营管理大计。根据省政府常务会议讨论研究的精神,我先讲几点意见。
