目的:观察苦苣菜(Sonchus oleraceus L.,SO)醇提物对四氧嘧啶(Alloxan)致糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂、胰岛素及抗氧化酶的影响并分析其作用机制。方法:采用Alloxan致小鼠糖尿病模型,SO(2.0、1.0g/kg)连续灌胃4w,葡萄糖氧化酶法测定空腹血糖,放射免疫分析法测定血清胰岛素并计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI),分光光度法测定血脂和肝脏抗氧化酶水平。结果:SO(2.0、1.0g/kg)能显著降低糖尿病小鼠血糖(P<0.01)、胰岛素和TG水平(P<0.05),提高ISI和肝脏组织中SOD含量(P<0.01)。结论:SO能降低糖尿病小鼠血糖、胰岛素和甘油三酯(TG),其作用与增加抗氧化酶功能有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of ethanol extract of Sonchus oleraceus L. on blood glucose, blood lipid, insulin and antioxidant enzyme in alloxan-induced diabetic mice and to analyze its mechanism. Methods: The model of Alloxan-induced diabetic mice was established. SO (2.0, 1.0 g / kg) was administered orally for 4 weeks. The fasting blood glucose was measured by glucose oxidase method. Serum insulin was measured by radioimmunoassay and the insulin sensitivity index (ISI) Determination of blood lipids and liver antioxidant enzyme level. Results: SO (2.0, 1.0 g / kg) significantly reduced blood glucose (P <0.01), insulin and TG levels (P <0.05) and increased the content of SOD in ISI and liver tissues in diabetic mice (P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: SO can reduce blood glucose, insulin and triglyceride (TG) in diabetic mice, and its effect is related to its function of increasing antioxidant enzymes.
