目的:观察祛风药对大鼠肝纤维病理损伤的影响。方法:将SD雄性大鼠80只随机分为正常对照组(8只)与模型组(72只)。模型组用50%CCl4橄榄油溶液皮下注射制造大鼠肝纤维化模型共12周,8周造模成功后,将模型大鼠随机分为祛风药组(防风、羌活、白芷)、下瘀血汤组、秋水仙碱组、病理模型组,继续造模的同时分别给予相关药物干预,观察各组大鼠一般情况变化和肝组织的病理组织学变化。结果:与病理模型组比较,光镜下秋水仙碱组大鼠肝细胞可见假小叶,下瘀血汤组和祛风药组大鼠光镜下可见灶性正常肝细胞索,未见肝假小叶形成,且祛风药组优于下瘀血汤组。电镜下可见秋水仙碱组、祛风药组和下瘀血汤组都能抑制细胞器变性,祛风药组的抑制效果优于秋水仙碱组和下瘀血汤组。结论:祛风药对大鼠肝纤维化有一定的抑制作用,可为临床抗肝纤维化提供新的治疗思路。
Objective: To observe the effect of Qufeng Drug on hepatic fibrosis in rats. Methods: Eighty SD male rats were randomly divided into normal control group (n = 8) and model group (n = 72). The model group was subcutaneously injected with 50% CCl4 olive oil solution for 12 weeks. After 8 weeks of successful model establishment, the model rats were randomly divided into Qufeng drug group (windproof, Notopterygium, Angelica dahurica), lower blood stasis The soup group, the colchicine group and the pathological model group. At the same time, the relevant drug intervention was given separately to observe the general changes of the rats and the histopathological changes of the liver tissue. Results: Compared with the pathological model group, the fake leaflets were observed in the hepatocytes of the rats under colchicine group under light microscope. The foci of normal hepatic cells were observed under light microscope in rats of Xiaoyu Decoction group and Qufeng Decoction group, The formation of lobules, and expelling wind medicine group is superior to the lower blood stasis soup group. Electron microscope can be seen colchicine group, Qufeng drug group and Xia Yu Xue Tang Decoction can inhibit organelle degeneration, Qufeng drug effect was better than the colchicine group and Xia Yu Xue Tang group. Conclusion: Qufeng drug can inhibit liver fibrosis in rats and provide a new therapeutic approach for anti-liver fibrosis in clinic.
