在生产实践中,我们采用倾斜装夹的立铣刀来近似铣削圆弧槽。这是一种十分简便易行的方法。一、刀具的选择及装夹角的确定圆弧槽的横截面如图1所示。圆半径为R,槽宽的一半为l,槽深为t。由l~2=R~2-(R-t)~2 得l=(t(2R—t))~(1/2)……(1) 加工时,刀具与工件的相对位置如图2所示。设立铣刀半径为r,装夹角为α,切深为t。刀尖上任意一点的运动轨迹在工件戡平面上的投影为一椭圆。显然,椭圆的长轴a=(?),短轴b=rcosα。在直角坐标系XOY中,椭圆的方程为:
