当今世界上任何一个国家在要不要顺应经济全球化趋势,要不要融入世界经济空间这个问题上已经没有选择的余地。俄罗斯的市场已经是世界大市场的一部分。对于俄罗斯来说,形成开放式的市场经济和加入世界贸易组织是战略上的惟一选择。本文简要论述了俄罗斯加入世贸组织的进程,分析了“入世”给俄罗斯带来的机遇和挑战。“入世”一方面可以为俄罗斯商品出口到国外市场扫清道路,使国内的竞争逐步健康化;另一方面也将促使俄罗斯加紧改革,并积极采取措施,以迎接加入世贸组织后给各行各业带来的巨大挑战。
No country in the world today has any choice whether to conform to the trend of economic globalization or not to integrate into the world economic space. Russia’s market is already part of the world market. For Russia, forming an open market economy and joining the World Trade Organization is the only strategic choice. This article briefly discusses the process of Russia’s accession to the WTO and analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by Russia’s accession to the WTO. On the one hand, “accession to the WTO” can clear the way for the export of Russian goods to foreign markets and gradually make the domestic competition more healthy. On the other hand, it will also urge Russia to step up reform and take active measures to welcome all walks of life after its accession to the WTO Great challenge.
