以核孔滤筛法测定了46例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者和130例对照组的静脉血制备的标准红细胞悬液（StandardizedRedCellSuspension，RCS’s）和标准红白细胞悬液（Stan－dardizedRedandWhiteCellSuspension，RWCS’s）的滤过指数（IndexofFiltration，IF）。结果表明，两组RWCS’s和RCS’s的IF及其差值比较均是显著性差异（P＜0．01）。RWCS’s和RCS’s的IF与血糖水平及并发症密切相关，但与病程无显著相关性。
The filtration index of standard Red Cell Suspension (RCS’s) and standard erythrocyte suspensions (RWCS’s) of 46 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 130 controls were measured by nuclear pore filter. (Index of Filtration, IF). The results showed that there was significant difference (P <0.01) between IF and difference of RWCS’s and RCS’s in both groups. The IFs of RWCS’s and RCS’s are closely related to the blood sugar level and complications, but no significant correlation with the course of the disease.
