用低分子量氯磺化聚乙烯(LMCSM)对纳米氮化硅粉体进行表面改性,并将其添加到氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)中制备橡胶纳米复合材料。利用橡胶加工分析仪(RPA-8000),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其表征。结果表明:添加少量改性纳米氮化硅粉体对CSM基体起到一定的补强作用,能够有效地提高材料的动态力学性能,并且添加生胶重量分数1.0%的改性纳米氮化硅粉体在橡胶基体中的分散性最好。
Nano-scale silicon nitride powder was surface modified with low molecular weight chlorosulfonated polyethylene (LMCSM) and added into CSM to prepare rubber nanocomposites. Characterization was performed using a rubber processing analyzer (RPA-8000), scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that adding a small amount of modified nano-sized silicon nitride powder to the CSM matrix can enhance the dynamic mechanical properties of the CSM matrix, and adding modified nano-silicon nitride powder with a weight fraction of raw rubber of 1.0% The dispersion of the body in the rubber matrix is the best.
