继1992年12月在北京召开的“全国高等美术院校基础素描教学研讨会”之后,由鲁迅美术学院美术教育系和天津美术学院美术教育系联合发起、筹备的“全国高师素描教学研讨会”于1993年6月25日至27日在天津美术学院举行,并举办了全国高师学生素描作品展览。到会的有全国十三所高等美术院校和高等师范院校美术系的代表共57人,展出学生素描作品140件。研讨会分别由天津学院美术教育系主任姬俊尧和鲁迅美院美术教育系主任李泽浩主持,天津美院院长张世范教授作了重要讲话,各院校代表共有13人在大会上发言,交流学术论文24篇。这是一次别具特色的研讨会。代表们结合当前高师素描教学中普遍性的问题,慷慨陈辞、畅所欲言。大家一致认为:高师基础素描教学的责任是重大的,素描课的教学是艰苦的。在这世纪末的动荡和改革大潮中,素描教学的改革势在必行。通过研讨会的广泛深入的交流,极大的启发了思路,振奋了精神,鼓起了勇气,加快了改革进度。代表们也针对有关素描教学中的理论思维、教学体制、中外素描史、教学法、审美作用、教学大纲、素描语言以及有关素质培训、师生关系、素描
Following the “Basic Sketch Teaching Seminar for National Higher Fine Arts Institutions” held in Beijing in December 1992, the “National Seminar on Sketch Teaching for Higher Normal Colleges”, jointly sponsored by the Art Education Department of Luxun Academy of Fine Arts and the Art Education Department of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, From June 25 to June 27, 1993, it was held in Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, and a sketch of the National College Students’ Sketch was held. We all agreed that: The responsibility for teaching basic sketches in higher normal education is significant, and the teaching of sketching courses is painstaking. In the tumultuous and reform tide of this century, the reform of sketch teaching is imperative. Through extensive exchange seminar, which greatly inspired the thinking and inspire the spirit, took courage, speed up the reform progress.
