1.概况 原苏联的煤田区域广阔,煤层地质条件复杂多样,因此采用的液压支架架型较多,有支撑式、掩护式、支撑掩护式等等。归纳起来有三个特点:(1)支架、运输机和采煤机制配套性强,整套综采设备多以支架的名称命名;(2)支架的宽度较窄,大多1.2m左右,重量较轻;(3)支架伸缩比小,适应煤层厚度变化能力差。 综采工作面产量较低,大多日产700t左右,支架架型不太适应煤层地质条件是重要原因之一。80年代中期,由于引进了一些国家的综采设备,并总结了液压支架研制和使用中的经验教训,制定了新的发展计划,以发展掩护式
1. Overview The Soviet Union’s coalfield has a vast area with complex and diverse coal seam geological conditions. Therefore, the hydraulic support used in the project has many types, such as support type, shield type, support type and so on.
