1984年2月我国国务院公布了以国际单位制为基础的《中华人民共和国法定计量单位》,按照规定,公文、统计报表、出版物(古籍和文学书刊除外)和新闻传媒必须使用法定计量单位,非法定计量单位应予废除。从法定计量单位公布至今已有15年,然而仍有相当多的人对此不了解,一些出版物和新闻媒体也时有错误发生。为此,笔者以简表形式列出常见的非法定单位和法定单
In February 1984, the State Council of China promulgated the “Statutory Metrology Unit of the People’s Republic of China” based on the International System of Units. According to the regulations, official statistical units must be used in official documents, statistical reports, publications (except ancient books and literature) and news media, Non-statutory units of measurement should be abolished. Fifteen years have passed since the legal unit of measurement was published, yet a considerable number of people still do not understand it and some publications and the media sometimes make mistakes.
