目的 研究去卵巢后家兔血清酶和骨元素的变化。方法 新西兰家兔12 只,7 月龄。术前取血,测定血清碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶和骨特异性碱性磷酸酶的活性作为术前组。手术摘除二侧卵巢,饲养8 个月后,取血清测定上述三种酶活性作为术后组。家兔处死,取髂骨作为实验组。另取15 个月龄完整家兔12 只,处死,取髂骨作为对照组,用中子活化方法测定髂骨的钙、镁、钠、锰、锶和钾元素的含量。结果 术前血清碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶和骨特异性碱性磷酸酶的活性分别为(20 .06 ±8 .20)U/L、(19.06±5.46)U/L和(14.04±1.67)U/L,术后血清碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶和骨特异性碱性磷酸酶的活性分别为(14.60±4.64)U/L、(11 .04 ±4.10)U/L和(4 .44±2 .10)U/L,摘除卵巢后上述各项生化指标均显著降低( P< 0 .001)。家兔切除卵巢后实验组髂骨镁元素含量为(4.44±0.19)mg/g,对照组髂骨镁元素含量为(5.40±0 .32)mg/g。实验组髂骨镁元素含量显著低于对照组(P< 0.001) 。钙、钠、锰、锶和钾元素含量二组比较无显著差别。结论 成年家兔去卵巢8 个月后,血清碱性磷酸酶
Objective To study the changes of serum enzymes and bone elements in ovariectomized rabbits. Methods New Zealand rabbits 12, 7 months old. Preoperative blood collection, determination of serum alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase activity as a preoperative group. Surgical removal of the ovaries on both sides, feeding 8 months later, serum was taken to determine the activity of the above three enzymes as the postoperative group. Rabbits were sacrificed, iliac bone was taken as experimental group. In addition, 12 rabbits of 15 months old were sacrificed and the ilium was taken as the control group. The contents of calcium, magnesium, sodium, manganese, strontium and potassium in the ilium were measured by neutron activation method. Results Preoperative serum alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase and bone specific alkaline phosphatase activity were (20.06 ± 8.20) U / L, (19.06 ± 5.46) U / L and (14.04 ± 1.67) U / L respectively. The serum alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase and bone specific alkaline phosphatase activity were (14.60 ± 4.64) U / L, 11.04 ± 4.10) U / L and (4.44 ± 2.10) U / L, respectively. All the above biochemical indexes were significantly decreased after ovariectomy (P <0 .001). The content of magnesium in experimental group was (4.44 ± 0.19) mg / g and that in control group was (5.40 ± 0.32) mg / g after ovariectomy in rabbits. The content of magnesium in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.001). Calcium, sodium, manganese, strontium and potassium content of the two groups no significant difference. Conclusion After 8 months of ovariectomy in adult rabbits, the serum alkaline phosphatase
