磷酸三甲苯酯(TOCP)是一种不易挥发的油状毒性液体,工业上常用作增塑剂。有关磷酸三甲苯酯中毒的病例报道较少,我们对三例中毒患者进行了六年的肌电图跟踪观察,现报告如下: 临床资料 三例患者系一家,父51岁,母51岁,子24岁,均为某胶片厂工人。生活中用曾装过TOCP的瓶子装入食用油,食用了20多天,食用的总量1250克。剩余油用气相色谱分析证实在1250克食用油中含TOCP18克,平均每人累计进食毒量100mg/Kg。食用20多天后出现四肢无力、麻木、疼痛,分布呈手套袜套状,以下肢为
