采用双CPU设计了一种新型的矿用高压防爆开关测控系统,并着重介绍了其硬件组成、结构特点和软件框图,特别是在模拟量采集中采用了交流采样方式。设计了锁相环同步采样电路,大大提高了信号的采样精度试验表明:采用双CPU系统设计模式,大大增强了系统的可靠性,提高了保护、显示和通讯的处理速度该测控系统性能稳定,运行可靠,具有广阔的应用前景。
A new type of mine high voltage explosion proof switch monitoring and control system is designed by using dual CPU. The hardware composition, structural characteristics and software block diagram are introduced emphatically. Especially, the AC sampling mode is adopted in analog acquisition. The synchronous sampling circuit of the PLL is designed to greatly improve the sampling precision of the signal. The experiment shows that the dual CPU system design mode greatly enhances the reliability of the system and improves the processing speed of the protection, display and communication. The monitoring and control system has the advantages of stable performance, Reliable operation, with broad application prospects.
