我国经济保持高速增长的同时人口结构发生了快速的转变,人口红利理论在解释我国经济快速增长的过程中逐渐成为关注的热点。本文首先分析了人口红利对经济发展的促进作用,进而结合我国人口现状,提出了在人口红利逐渐减少的情况下促进经济持续发展的政策性建议。
With the rapid economic growth in China, the population structure has undergone rapid changes. The demographic dividend theory has gradually become a hot spot in explaining the rapid economic growth in our country. This paper first analyzes the role of demographic dividend in promoting economic development, and then puts forward some policy proposals to promote the sustainable development of economy under the condition of the gradual decrease of demographic dividend.
