21世纪是信息的世纪,一个国家对于信息技术的掌握能力也日渐决定着它在国际上的核心竞争力。因此早在上世纪90年代我国就已经开始在中高等教育中普及信息技术的教学,邓小平更是提出了“计算机要从娃娃抓起”的号召,可见我国对于信息教育是多么的重视。而作为大容量知识载体的图书馆,也随着计算机网络技术和高密度存储技术的不断发展,开始了自身数字化的历程。而且图书馆的数字化现象越来越普遍,也是图书馆日后发展的必然结果,而关于怎么建设数字图书馆的讨论已经成为我国图书馆建设研究的重要课题。因此,本文就数字图书馆的建设,提出相应的建设意见,以供参考。
The 21st century is the century of information. The ability of a country to master information technology increasingly determines its core competitiveness in the world. Therefore, as early as the 90s of the last century, China began to popularize the teaching of information technology in higher education. Deng Xiaoping proposed the call of “computer should start with the baby”. It shows how much emphasis China places on information education. As a carrier of large-capacity knowledge library, with the continuous development of computer network technology and high-density storage technology, began its own digital process. Moreover, the digitization phenomenon of the library is more and more common, which is also the inevitable result of the future development of the library. However, the discussion on how to construct the digital library has become an important topic in the research of library construction in our country. Therefore, this article on the construction of digital libraries, put forward the corresponding construction advice for reference.
