随着我国四个现代化建设事业的发展,南水北调这一宏伟工程,已被提到议事日程上来,从而引起了国内外有关人士的密切注意和热烈讨论。这项工程涉及江、淮、河、海四大流域、三亿亩耕地,路线所经之处又是我国经济发达地区,在工程进行规划设计之前来进行广泛深入的讨论,这是非常必要的。在对中线引水方案的一些议论中,有的同志认为在三峡水利枢纽建成前可引向华北的水量不多,甚至担心丹江口水库无水可引,等等。为此,我们根据实际资料针对这一问题进行了比较深入的计算、分析。成果表明,在完成丹江口水库初期工程规模时就可向流域外调出
With the development of the four modernizations in our country, the grand project of South-to-North Water Diversion has been mentioned on the agenda, which has aroused close attention and heated discussion among people from home and abroad. This project involves the four river basins, Huaihe River and Haihe River. With 300 million mu of cultivated land, the route passes through the economically developed areas in our country. It is necessary to conduct extensive and in-depth discussions before the project is planned and designed . In some discussions on the diversion project of the center line, some comrades consider that there is not much water that can be diverted to North China before the completion of the Three Gorges Project, and even worry that there is no water available in the Danjiangkou Reservoir. To this end, we conducted a more in-depth calculation and analysis on this issue based on the actual data. The results show that the completion of the first phase of Danjiangkou Reservoir scale can be transferred out of the basin
