一、工业生产增长高于去年同期。2002年2月份,全国完成工业增加值1880亿元。由于中国春节的特殊性,导致无论是1月份还是2月份单独一个月份的数据都存在不可比性。因此将2个月份的数据放在一起,可以消除这个效应。今年头两个月,全国工业生产累计完成工业增加值4038亿元,比上年同期增长10.9％。增速快于上年同期水平(上年同期的增长速度是10.2％)。1-2月份,国有及国有控股企业增加值比上年同期增长9.1％;股份制企业增加值增长11.9％;“三资”企业增加值增长11.5％。
First, the growth of industrial production was higher than the same period of last year. In February 2002, China completed an industrial added value of 188 billion yuan. Due to the special nature of the Chinese New Year, there is an incompatibility between the data of either January or February of a single month. So putting together two months of data can eliminate this effect. In the first two months of this year, the industrial added value of the country’s industrial production totaled 403.8 billion yuan, up 10.9% over the same period of last year. The growth rate was faster than the same period of last year (the same period of last year was 10.2%). From January to February, the added value of state-owned and state-controlled enterprises increased by 9.1% over the same period of last year; the added value of joint-stock enterprises increased by 11.9%; the added value of “three-capital” enterprises increased by 11.5%.
