The enterprise is the cell of the national economy. The rise and fall of the enterprise determines the rise and fall of the entire national economy. The technological level of the enterprise determines the level of technological development of the entire national economy. In terms of patent work, enterprises are the main source of patent applications and the main force for the implementation of patents. Therefore, the quality of corporate patent work directly affects the quality of the entire country’s patent system.
