首届中国绿色科技企业论坛1994年7月25日在北京召开,近40个行业领域的企业家和专家代表出席了会议。基于对中国环境与发展问题的共同认识,特发表如下宣言: (一) 日趋严重的环境污染和日益恶化的环境状况,不仅威胁着人类的健康,而且已经成为社会经济发展的首要制约因素。正确处理环境与发展的关系是人类迈向21世纪的重大课题,也是广大产业部门。
The first China Green Technology Enterprise Forum was held in Beijing on July 25, 1994. Entrepreneurs and expert representatives from nearly 40 industry sectors attended the meeting. Based on a common understanding of China’s environmental and development issues, the following declaration was issued: (1) The increasingly serious environmental pollution and deteriorating environmental conditions not only threaten human health, but have also become the primary constraints to socio-economic development. Correctly handling the relationship between the environment and development is a major issue for humanity in the 21st century, and it is also a broad industrial sector.
