齿轮去毛刺的工艺方法甚多,如电解法、剃刷法、高温法等。这些方法由于工艺较复杂、费用较大,往往不能令人满意。我们试验出了一种新的齿轮去毛刺工艺,经实践证明效果良好,介绍如下。如图1所示,齿轮3用螺母5紧固在快换芯轴2上,芯轴2装在主轴1内。主轴以500~1000rpm的速度旋转,带动齿轮3在石英砂6内转动。转速高低随齿轮直径的大小而变动。石英砂的颗粒尺寸在ф2mm左右,装在容器4内,处于湿润状态。主轴正反转各1~2分钟即可。由于离心力的作用,齿轮3的齿间内没有石英砂。而齿顶及齿端棱边处,则与石英砂作相对的高速撞击
Gear deburring many processes, such as electrolysis, shaving brush, high temperature method. These methods are often unsatisfactory due to their complexity and cost. We tested out a new gear deburring process, proven good results, described below. As shown in FIG. 1, the gear 3 is fastened on the quick-change mandrel 2 by a nut 5, and the mandrel 2 is installed in the mandrel 1. Spindle to 500 ~ 1000rpm speed rotation, driven gear 3 in the quartz sand 6 rotation. Speed varies with the size of the gear diameter. Quartz sand particle size of about ф2mm, installed in the container 4, in a wet state. Spindle positive and negative each 1 to 2 minutes can be. Due to the centrifugal force, there is no quartz sand in the gear 3. The tooth top and tooth edge, then with the quartz sand for high-speed impact
