胡锦涛总书记最近强调：实现全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标,很重要的一条就是要始终坚持求真务实,把加快发展的立足点放到真抓实干上。我认为,弘扬求真务实的精神,对领导干部来说,应着重在“治假、戒浮、克软”上下功夫,见成效。一、治假,必须端正领导干部的工作指导思想,注重打基础,抓全面,看长远所谓假,就是指弄虚作假,欺上瞒下。有的领导干部为了个人和本单位出名挂号,显示自己所谓的“政绩”,习惯于在有看头、有听头、有比头上动脑筋、用心思,热衷于搞一些声势大、规模大、影响大的“样板工程”、“窗口工程”、“形象工程”、“献礼工程”；有的为了“政绩”甚至不惜制造假经验,假典型,假数据；有的抓工作只顾眼前不顾长远,搞一些立竿见影、急功近利的短期行为,甚至以牺牲单位长远利益为代价换取个人功名。
