题记:1931年9月18日夜,日本关东军以东北军炸毁南满一段铁路为由,向东北军驻奉天(沈阳)北大营、东大营守军发起突然袭击。东北军根据张学良“原地待命”不抵抗的命令,没有组织还击和抵抗,并撤出奉天。沈阳街头,除黄显声带领部分警察进行小规模巷战外,其余缴械投降。日军仅以伤亡27人的极小代价、一夜之间占领沈阳。东北军损失飞机262架、迫击炮和各种火炮2900余门、战车26辆、各式枪支97500支,以及大量的枪弹、被装等后勤物资,沈阳损失(仅官方财产)达
Inscription: On the night of September 18, 1931, the Japanese Kwantung Army launched a surprise attack on the grounds that the Northeast Army destroyed a section of the South Manchurian Railway to defend its armed forces in the Beida Camp of Fengtian in Northeast (Shenyang) and its defenders in the East Camp. According to Chang Hsueh-liang ’s order to “stand still ” without resistance, the Northeast Army did not organize counterattack and resistance and retreated to worship the heaven.
