为了使我军区医疗系统的医学文献信息的布局比较合理,人藏的结构尽量优化,以缓解购书经费紧张和书刊资料增长迅猛的矛盾,缓解文献信息不足与科技发展的需要文献信息日益增长的矛盾,充分发挥军区内各医院图书情报工作的优势和协作精神,弥补各自馆藏的不足,以达到军区内医学书刊资源共享的目的,我们应用先进的计算机数据处理技术,建立了成都军区21所医院医学期刊联合目录,首次实现了资源共享.本系统的研制与应用,不仅有利于本地区医药卫生文献布局的更加合理,而且还可对全军医学情报卫星数据通信网和全军医药科技信息公用数据网的建立提供充分的物质保证.
