提出了用间接原子吸收法测定黄连素制剂中盐酸小檗碱含量的新方法。基于在酸性介质中和室温时，盐酸小檗碱与〔（Ｃｏ（ＳＣＮ）〕２－形成稳定的离子对缔合物，在０．５１μｇ／ｍＬ～５．８０μｇ／ｍＬ范围内，吸光度与浓度呈线性关系，相关系数为０．９９９８，该方法的检测限为０．０２μｇ／ｍＬ，变异系数为１．５％（ｎ＝１１）。用于黄连素制剂的测定，平均回收率为（９９．２±１．６）（ＳＤ）％（ｎ＝１２）。
A new method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in berberine by indirect atomic absorption spectrometry was proposed. Based on the formation of a stable ion pair association of berberine with [(Co (SCN)] 2- in an acidic medium and at room temperature, the absorbance and the concentration in the range of 0.51 μg / mL to 5.80 μg / mL The correlation coefficient was 0.9998.The detection limit of this method was 0.02μg / mL and the coefficient of variation was 1.5% (n = 11) .The average recoveries of the method for the determination of berberine were (99 .2 ± 1.6) (SD)% (n = 12).
