本文根据大量的试验研究和理论分析,指出EQ140型汽车稳态转向特性、抗侧滑特性和制动稳定性存在的问题及其原因,并提出了改进方法。此外,还探讨了载货汽车行驶过程中产生侧滑的机理,指出有稳态转向特性不良和轮胎抓地能力差两种不同原因造成的侧滑,并分别提出解决问题的方法。文中提出的“侧滑试验方法”和“转弯制动试验方法”可用于中吨位载货汽车稳定性试验。
Based on a large number of experimental studies and theoretical analysis, this paper points out the problems existing in the steady-state steering characteristics, the anti-sliding characteristics and the braking stability of the EQ140-type vehicle and the reasons for the problems, and proposes an improved method. In addition, the mechanism of the side-slip during the running of the truck is also discussed. It is pointed out that there are two kinds of side-slip caused by the poor steady-state steering characteristics and the poor tire grip ability, and the solutions to the problems are proposed. The “sliding test method” and “turning brake test method” proposed in this paper can be used in the stability test of medium-tonnage truck.
