目的：尿道下裂手术方法很多，然而较高的手术后并发症对泌尿外科医生仍是一个挑战。本文研究目的旨在减少和消除手术并发症，提高尿道下裂手术成功率。方法：采用膀胱粘膜隧道法对２２例Ⅱ期尿道下裂行尿道成形术，同时转移阴囊皮瓣覆盖阴茎根部切口，以对防止尿瘘和缓解阴茎根部切口皮肤缝合过紧的缺点。结果：全部２２例外观和功能均获得满意，无尿瘘及尿道狭窄严重并发症。本术式特别适用于尿道口位于或接近阴茎根部的Ⅱ期尿道成形术。结论：本组资料显示，该术式对减少和消灭尿道下裂术后并发症有良好的效果，可在临床上广泛推广和应用。
OBJECTIVES: There are many procedures for hypospadias surgery, however, high postoperative complications remain a challenge for urologists. The purpose of this study aims to reduce and eliminate surgical complications and improve the success rate of hypospadias surgery. Methods: Twenty-two cases of stage II hypospadias underwent urethroplasty with bladder mucosal tunneling. The scrotum flap was also used to cover the penile root incision to prevent the urinary fistula and alleviate the tightness of the skin of the penile root incision. Results: All 22 patients were satisfied with the appearance and function, and no serious complications of urinary fistula and urethral stricture. This procedure is particularly suitable for the urethra at or near the root of the penis stage urethroplasty. Conclusion: The data in this group show that this procedure has good effect on reducing and eliminating postoperative complications of hypospadias, and can be widely applied in clinic.
