针对板结构大范围兰姆波检测中单模态兰姆波激励问题,进行低频单模态压电换能器设计研究。基于理论模型和有限元仿真模型,对压电换能器频率特性的影响参数进行了数值分析,重点研究换能器背衬与前衬的厚度、密度、弹性模量等参数对其中心频率的影响。在此基础上,对不同结构参数的压电换能器进行性能测试,分析换能器背衬与前衬厚度对换能器频率特性及激励波形的影响,研制出适合板结构大范围无损检测的低频单一A0模态压电换能器。在此基础上,将研制的单模态兰姆波换能器应用于板结构阵列无损检测。
