作者应用 ABC 技术,检测了32例乙状结肠人工阴道成形术后阴道粘膜中的人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)和雌激素受体(ER),同时检测了16例自然阴道粘膜中的 HPV,11例正常乙状结肠粘膜中的ER,观察了光镜下新阴道粘膜的组织学变化。结果表明:HPV 在人工阴道与自然阴道中的检出率无差异(P>0.05);人工阴道粘膜中未检出 ER,推测乙状结肠人工阴道可能不受体内雌激素水平影响。
The authors used ABC technique to detect human papillomavirus (HPV) and estrogen receptor (ER) in the vaginal mucosa of 32 patients with sigmoid colon artificial vaginoplasty. In addition, HPV was detected in 16 patients with natural vaginal mucosa and 11 normal The sigmoid mucosa of the ER, observe the light microscopic changes of the new vaginal mucosa. The results showed that there was no difference in the detection rate of HPV among the artificial vagina and the natural vagina (P> 0.05). No ER was found in the artificial vaginal mucosa, suggesting that the artificial vaginal sigmoid colon may not be affected by the estrogen level in vivo.
