提出了用振簧法测量高聚物动态力学性能温度谱仪器的机械结构及电路图。试验结果说明此仪器能在20—1,000赫频率范围及120—450°K 温度范围内测量高分子材料的动态弹性模量及内耗,仪器的温度温度控制容易,有足够的灵敏度足以观察到玻璃态侧基及小单元的运动,适合于高聚物聚集态分子运动及转变现象研究之用。
The mechanical structure and circuit diagram of the dynamic mechanical properties thermometer for measuring polymers by vibrating spring method are proposed. The test results show that the instrument can measure the dynamic elastic modulus and internal friction of polymer materials in the frequency range of 20-1,000 Hz and the temperature range of 120-450 ° K. The temperature of the instrument is easy to control by temperature and sufficient sensitivity to observe the glassy state Pendant and small unit movement, suitable for polymer aggregation state molecular motion and the phenomenon of the study of the change.
