随着城镇化的加速发展,出现了城市人口剧增、城市蔓延等问题,导致我国生态环境急剧恶化,对城市生态环境的安全状况进行定量评价迫在眉睫。本文基于压力-状态-响应(PSR)模型构建哈尔滨生态安全评价指标体系,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定生态安全评价指标的权重,根据国家及行业规范确定各指标的评价标准;通过综合指数计算方法得到哈尔滨的生态安全综合指数,并确定生态安全综合指数等级,最后对哈尔滨生态安全状况进行分析,得出影响哈尔滨生态安全状况的因素。以期为进一步构建哈尔滨生态安全格局奠定基础,为城市环境管理、城乡规划与生态城市建设提供理论依据。
With the accelerated development of urbanization, there have been such problems as the rapid population growth in urban areas and the spread of cities. As a result, the ecological environment in our country has rapidly deteriorated. It is imminent to quantitatively evaluate the safety of urban ecological environment. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of Harbin ecological security based on the pressure-state-response (PSR) model, determines the weight of ecological safety evaluation index by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and determines the evaluation criteria of each index according to national and industry norms; Methods Harbin ecological security comprehensive index was obtained and the level of ecological security composite index was determined. Finally, the ecological security status of Harbin was analyzed, and the factors influencing Harbin ecological security status were drawn. With a view to laying the foundation for further construction of ecological security pattern in Harbin and providing theoretical basis for urban environmental management, urban and rural planning and eco-city construction.
