本文采用了新的光路,成功地摄制了Tig焊接电弧的形态图和激光全息干涉图,并附有一系列的电弧形态典型图象。在图象处理、运算的基础上,提出了电弧形态的数学模型表达式,给出了实测和计算的对比曲线。并能由相应的全息干涉图,求解电弧离子流场和温度场。研究表明,焊接规范参数—电弧形态—电弧温度场三者之间有着紧密联系。而且,可以用数学、物理方法相互转换。这些结果,对揭示电弧行为的本质;简化焊接工艺试验;提高焊接电—热效率,具有明显的理论和实际意义。
In this paper, a new optical path has been used to successfully record the Tig welding arc morphology and laser holographic interference pattern with a series of typical images of arc morphology. Based on the image processing and calculation, the expression of the mathematical model of the arc shape is proposed, and the comparison curves between the measured and the calculated curves are given. And the corresponding holographic interferogram can be used to solve the flow field and temperature field of arc ion. The research shows that there is a close relationship among the three parameters of the welding specification - arc shape and arc temperature field. Moreover, you can use mathematical and physical methods to convert each other. These results have obvious theoretical and practical significance for revealing the essence of arc behavior, simplifying the welding process test, and improving the welding electrothermal-thermal efficiency.
