新课程改革将学生发展的自主性、主动性放在突出位置,强调激发学生的学习兴趣,自主参与,实行素质教育。重庆市诚善中学校“诚善·5S自主课堂”改革实践告诉我们,课改并不是与传统教学完全背离,而是把课堂还给学生,把时间还给学生,以此培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,满足学生终身发展的需要。和谐的师生关系是提高课堂有效性的前提
