伴随新课改的持续深入,教师应迎合此种发展需要,择机转变传统观念,充当学生学习的指导者、合作者和好伙伴。要将学习的正确方法教给学生,建立和谐及平等的师生关系,发挥学生在学习过程中的主体作用。教师在小学语文教学过程中,应灵活开展各种活动,调动学习语文积极性,并为学生营造良好的学习氛围,运用多种激励手段,培养自主学习能力。
With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, teachers should meet such development needs, change their traditional concepts and act as mentors, collaborators and partners for student learning. We should teach students the correct way to learn, establish a harmonious and equal relationship between teachers and students, and give full play to the students' role in the learning process. In the process of primary school Chinese teaching, teachers should flexibly carry out various activities, mobilize the enthusiasm of learning Chinese, and create a good learning environment for students. They should use various kinds of incentives to cultivate their self-learning ability.
