任何一种食物营养都不是全能的。笔者成功的利用平菇作为中间体,安全强化了 Cu~(++)、Zn~(++),并对 Se~(++)强化作了探索。对 Pleu-rotus sapidus 539强化 Cu~(++)的结果比正常菇体含 Cu(++)量超过三倍以上,强化 Zn~(++)在100克 Pleurotussapidus 539菇体中,比正常菇体含 Zn(++)量可增加136 ppm。对Pleurotus sajor-caju 5185强化Cu~(++),100克菇体可增加7.6ppm;强化 Zn~(++)。100克菇体可增加38ppm。对上述两种菇强化 Se~(++)是容易的,但笔者强化实验超过了安全剂量。因此,笔者强调要进一步探索强化 Se~(++)的安全性,同时,也要注重强化后菇的产量。
Any kind of food nutrition is not almighty. The author has successfully used Pleurotus ostreatus as an intermediate, safeguarded Cu ~ (++), Zn ~ (++), and explored Se ~ (++) fortification. The results of Cu ~ (++) fortifying Pleu-rotus sapidus 539 were more than three times higher than that of the normal mushroom body, and the Zn ~ (++) content in the Pleurotus sapidus 539 mushroom body was higher than that of the normal mushroom The amount of Zn (++) contained in the body increased by 136 ppm. It is easy to strengthen Se ~ (++) against the above two kinds of mushrooms, but the author intensified the experiment and exceeded the safe dose. Therefore, I emphasize to further explore the enhanced safety of Se ~ (++), at the same time, we must also focus on strengthening the output of Pleurotus ostreatus.
