软件一直是浪潮产品战略的重要组成部分,浪潮齐鲁软件的成立,是对浪潮多年来所形成的软件力量的一次大的整合。它是以浪潮电子信息产业股份有限公司与系统集成部、办公自动化研究所、电子研究所金融事业部、浪潮集团终端事业部为主体,联合山东大学、潍坊东方电讯软件公司、北京华资银团等单位共同出资组建的有限责任公司,一期注册资本为1亿元人民币。公司现有员工800余人,总资产2.6亿元。这种战略整合,充分体现了浪潮发展软件产业的坚定信念和决心,更标志着浪潮的软件产业从此步入了一个崭新的全面发展时期。
Software has always been an important part of Inspur’s product strategy. The establishment of Inspur Qilu Software is a major integration of the software power that Wave has formed over the years. It is mainly composed of Inspur Electronic Information Industry Co., Ltd. and System Integration Department, Office Automation Research Institute, Electronics Research Institute Financial Division, and Inspur Group Terminal Division, and is united with Shandong University, Weifang Dongfang Telecommunication Software Company, Beijing Huacai Syndicate, etc. The limited liability companies jointly funded by the units have a registered capital of RMB 100 million in the first phase. The company has more than 800 employees and total assets of 260 million yuan. This kind of strategic integration fully reflects the firm belief and determination of Inspur to develop the software industry, and it also marks that Inspur’s software industry has stepped into a new period of all-round development.
