新的经济背景下的信息不对称现象,使得企业委托代理问题日益严重。由于知识资本的重要性,作为其重要载体,对特殊人力资源,尤其是对高级管理层人员的激励在知识型企业中尤为重要。本文针对公司治理下如何实现对人力资源的激励进行理论分析,提出几点建议,目的在于协调不同利益相关者之间关系,促进人力资源绩效最大化,从而实现企业利润最大化的目标。
Asymmetric information under the new economic background makes the problem of entrusted agency more and more serious. Due to the importance of intellectual capital, as its important carrier, incentives for special human resources, especially for senior management, are especially important in knowledge-based enterprises. In this paper, a theoretical analysis of how to achieve human resource incentives under corporate governance is put forward, and some suggestions are put forward in order to coordinate the relationships among different stakeholders and maximize the performance of human resources so as to achieve the goal of maximizing corporate profits.
