二硫化碳的生产过程,是把预先熔融的硫加进保持900℃左右的电炉内,和炉内红热的碳反应生成二硫化碳气体,经冷凝后即成液态的二硫化碳成品。炉温过低则碳与硫不起反应,炉温过高则又发生逆反应。因此必须根据炉温进行少加、勤加、匀加,以保证在一定的炉温下连续生产,才能做到产量高、单耗低、炉寿长。长期以来我车间均系人工加硫,由于二硫化碳气体有害人体健康,所以很难按要求准确添加,炉子的产量及各项指标未能达到
