我院1997年5月～2001年5月共收治异位妊娠34例。其中部分病例症状、体征不典型,所获病史不支持,而行B超检查。经手术和病理得到确诊的32例报告如下,探讨异位妊娠的B超诊断价值和应注意的问题。资料与方法 B超诊断的32例异位妊娠患者,年龄最小18岁,最大46岁,平均年龄36.8岁。初孕7例,二次妊娠18例,多次妊娠6例,再次宫外孕1例。有相当部分临床表现不典型,问不出停经史16例,产后无月经来潮者
Our hospital from May 1997 to May 2001 were treated 34 cases of ectopic pregnancy. Some cases, symptoms, signs of atypical, the history did not support, while the line B-ultrasound. After surgery and pathology were diagnosed 32 cases are as follows, to explore the value of B ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and should pay attention to the problem. Materials and Methods B-ultrasound diagnosis of 32 cases of ectopic pregnancy, the youngest 18 years old, maximum 46 years old, mean age 36.8 years old. Seven cases of early pregnancy, 18 cases of second pregnancy, multiple pregnancies in 6 cases, again in 1 case of ectopic pregnancy.
